Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Murretto, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Murretto for a team, league or organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. If you don’t agree, don’t use Murretto.
Your account
- You sign in with a Scorsa Account. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in secure; we recommend two-factor sign-in.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- An account is for one person. Teams and leagues are how you share with others.
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Murretto has a free plan. Some features, and longer lap-video storage, need a paid plan. Each plan’s features are shown before you choose it.
- Watching is free. Only the driver who records needs a plan. Crew, spotters, coaches and other viewers following a session don’t, except for features that cost us for each viewer, such as AI questions and 3D map tiles, which need the viewer’s own plan.
- Before you pay, we show the price, the billing period and any taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time with Manage billing on your Account or Plans page (a subscription bought in the Scorsa Account Centre is cancelled there); your plan continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We don’t refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
- If we change a plan’s price, we tell you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- We may give a plan free for a set time. It ends at the stated date.
- When a plan ends, its features stop. Lap videos keep a paid subscription’s storage window for 30 days after it ends; after that, lap videos older than the free plan’s window may be deleted. See how long we keep data.
Marketplace
The marketplace lets approved sellers sell car setups and coaching to other Murretto users.
Sellers
- Sellers apply and are approved by Scorsa. We may decline an application, or remove a listing or seller that breaks these terms.
- Sellers are paid through Stripe Connect and are the merchant for their sales. They must follow Stripe’s terms and are responsible for their own taxes.
- Scorsa may charge a platform fee on each sale, shown in the seller dashboard before it applies. Stripe’s processing fees also apply.
- Sellers must own or have the right to sell what they list, describe it accurately, and deliver coaching they have been paid for.
Buyers
- A setup unlocks in your account as soon as payment completes. It is licensed for your own use; don’t resell or share it.
- When you buy coaching, the coach sees the lap and note you send. Coaching advice comes from the coach, not from Scorsa.
- Sales are final and we don’t give refunds for change of mind. This doesn’t limit your rights under consumer law, for example if what you bought is significantly not as described or paid coaching isn’t delivered. Contact us and we’ll work it out with the seller.
- If a payment is disputed or reversed, access to what it bought ends.
Your content
You own what you put into Murretto: your telemetry, laps, video, setups, notes and other content.
You give Scorsa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display that content, to the people you choose to share it with, as needed to run Murretto; and to use it to produce aggregate statistics and train and check the models behind Murretto’s estimates. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anonymised data that no longer identifies you and anything you’ve already shared publicly or with others, which they may still hold.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Murretto to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including recording people where that isn’t allowed;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- upload setups, video or other material you don’t have the right to share;
- break your sim’s terms or a league’s or series’ rules, including rules on telemetry tools, spotters, overlays and remote pit service; checking those rules is your responsibility;
- get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, probe or bypass our security or usage limits, or misuse share links;
- scrape the service, overload it, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.
AI features and estimates
The Coach, the session assistant and the race engineer produce answers automatically. Murretto also shows estimates, such as tyre temperatures, fuel, pit windows and race predictions.
- They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Estimates are predictions and are labelled as such.
- They are not professional advice of any kind, including engineering, safety or financial advice.
- Check anything important before relying on it. Decisions in a race, and anything you do with a real car or at a real circuit, are yours.
- How AI requests are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The Telemetry Agent
We let you install and use the Scorsa Telemetry Agent on Windows PCs you own or may use, only with Murretto. Don’t modify, resell or redistribute it. It checks for updates when it starts and installs them when you choose. It includes open-source components licensed under their own terms.
The agent reads data from your sims and, when you switch the features on, can play sounds over the sim and apply pit service in it. Test it before relying on it in a race.
Simulators and trademarks
Murretto is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the makers of any simulator it supports. iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO, rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate, F1 and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to say what Murretto works with. Sim updates can change or break features, and you need your own licence for each sim you use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Murretto running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every PC, sim or browser. We may add, change or remove features; some are marked as previews. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Murretto at any time and delete your account in the Scorsa Account Centre. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or where the law requires. Where practical, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have by law that can’t be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows:
- Murretto is provided as it is and as available;
- where a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again;
- we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost results, points, prize money, data you didn’t keep a copy of, or profits;
- our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Scorsa for Murretto in the 12 months before the claim.
You are responsible for claims made against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and the courts of Australia can hear any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections that the law where you live says can’t be taken away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with its date, and tell you by email or in the app before significant changes apply. If you keep using Murretto after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, stop using Murretto and delete your account.
